1.That portion of the perimeter fence on the south side of the property along County Road C2 must be set back a minimum of 30 feet from the south property line and in line with the southern fence on the Berger Transfer and Storage property to the west. 2.The setback area along County Road C2 must be landscaped similar to the landscaping along the south side of Berger Storage and Transfer’s property.
