1.That portion of the perimeter fence on the south side of the property along <br />County Road C2 must be set back a minimum of 30 feet from the south <br />property line and in line with the southern fence on the Berger Transfer <br />and Storage property to the west. <br />2.The setback area along County Road C2 must be landscaped similar to <br />the landscaping along the south side of Berger Storage and Transfer’s <br />property. (Boulevard trees in accordance with the Street Tree Master <br />Plan - trees from the East-West County Road group planted no less than <br />35 feet on centr.) <br />3.The initial term of the interim use permit shall be for a period of five years. <br /> Upon review and hearing, the interim use permit may be issued for <br />additional periods up to five years each. <br />4.The interim use permit shall be reviewed administratively on an annual <br />basis on the anniversary date of the resolution granting the interim use <br />permit, with a staff report submitted to the Planning Commission and City <br />Council as needed. <br />5.The effect on the storm water system to be reviewed/approved by Rice <br />Creek Watershed District. <br />Member Mulder asked if the site had been previously graded? (No). Is the <br />wetland type 1 or type 2? J. Kennedy found the site does not show up on any <br />wetland designation map. <br />Mark Merlowsky, Bellarie Builders, stated Berger agreed with staff report and <br />conditions. <br />Chairperson Wietecki asked if fence will be grounded at all times. The fence <br />could become electrically charged. The same is true of the trailers to be stored <br />on the site. <br />Chairperson Wietecki noted that the 115 kw line is low and can sag in summer <br />weather - this will be reviewed by NSP. <br />D. Wilke asked what type of surface will be there (Class 6, 12-15 inches in <br />depth). <br />Member Mulder asked how drainage will be handled (Drained to the ditch). <br />There was no public comment. Chairperson Wietecki closed the hearing. <br />Chairperson Wietecki proposed condition #6: that fence and trailers be properly <br />electrically grounded through defined plans and procedures. <br />Chairperson Wietecki asked for condition #7: that the high wire sag be in <br />4 <br />
