CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, September 10, 1997 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville City Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Chairperson Wietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:K. Wietecki, J. Mulder, D. Wilke, E. Cunningham, K.Harms <br />Absent:J. Thein <br />Staff Present:R. Jopke, J.Kennedy, D.Welsch <br />Council Present: J. Goedeke <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />Motion: <br /> Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Cunningham, to approve <br />the minutes of the July 9, 1997 Planning Commission meeting. Council <br />member Goedeke requested the following be added to Planning File 2925: “The <br />proposed house addition would be set back four feet further from the lake than <br />the existing non-conforming cabin.” <br />Abstain: 2 (Harms, Rhody) <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />5.JAMES ADDITION: <br />Member Rhody updated and summarized actions of the James Addition Task <br />Force and advised that individual issues need to be reviewed before more <br />general issues can be addressed. <br />Member Rhody moved, seconded by Member Wietecki to accept the James <br />Addition report. <br />6.PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />6a.Planning File 2926. <br />Request for a Variance from Section 016.16A, of the <br />City Code, by Robert Skundberg, to reduce the lot area from 11,000 <br />square feet to approximately 9,500 square feet, and to reduce the lot <br />width from 85 to 67 feet, for the purpose of subdividing a 19,095 square <br />1 <br />
