Member Harms stated this type issue (property line dispute) should not come <br />before the Commission. <br />Motion: <br /> Member Harms moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to recommend <br />approval of PF2936 (driveway setback variance for one foot), based on findings <br />of Section 3.1 in the planning file report and that the driveway be no further <br />south than its current location. <br />6b.PF 2968. Vacation of a portion of Terrace Drive adjacent to Lots 17 <br />and 18, Block 5, Kroiss Lakeview Second Addition (797 and 801 <br />Terrace Drive) <br />Chairperson Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested City Planner <br />Kim Lee provide a verbal summary of the staff report of November 12, 1997 to <br />vacate the public right-of-way. <br />Staff recommended approval of the vacation. <br />Member Wilke asked for details on vacation and ownership to adjoining <br />properties. Jay Kennedy explained that the City will retain an easement for <br />utilities and will not affect property values. <br />Member Mulder asked if property is abstract or torrence; staff will check. <br />There were no questions or public comments. Roseville Center Sketch Plan Review. <br />Dennis Welsch provided an overview of the Roseville Shopping Center and <br />described the Sketch Plan process. Tim Prinsen, Bradley Real Estate, Inc., <br />described the project to date and the initial plans for the future. <br />Chairman Wietecki suggested the Center is badly in need of update. <br />Lexington/Larpenteur is the gateway to the community.
