CITY OF ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, January 14, 1998 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Planning Commission member, Katie Harms, called the regular meeting of the <br />Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:36 p.m. in the City of Roseville City <br />Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />ChairpersonWietecki introduced Planning Commission members and staff. <br />Present:KeithWietecki, John Rhody, Doug Wilke, Katie Harms, Jim <br />Mulder, Ed Cunningham, JohnThein <br />Absent:None <br />Staff Present:Kim Lee, Jay Kennedy, DennisWelsch <br />Council Present: JohnGoedeke, Barb Mastel <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />a)Motion: <br /> Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the <br />minutes of the December 10, 1997 Planning Commission meeting as submitted. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />b) <br />Planning Commission accepted receipt of the City Council minutes of <br />December 10, 1997. <br />ChairmanWietecki arrived at the meeting. <br />c) <br /> Council Member Mastel asked that the Planning Commission meet with the <br />City Council in March 1998. Estimate a two-hour meeting in mid-late March to <br />discuss common projects and the transition from old to new Planning <br />Commission members and Chairperson. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />1 <br />
