Help staff define this and provide <br />guidelines and codes necessary to implement. <br />9.Keith Wietecki: To define/determine quality, take 20 developments in Roseville <br />and have each Council/Commission/staff rank them on quality. <br />The City should emphasize “training”. <br />Home occupations will become a big issue and must be redefined. <br />10.Mayor Wall: Help us define what is our place in the region - what does it take to <br />retain quality of life. Identify when things get beyond us; the City should <br />look across the country at what else is done. <br />11.Keith Wietecki: First ring cities need to get more active at regional level and deal <br />with sprawl - either we will shape it, or it will shape us. <br />12.Katie Harms: The number of Planning Commission absences should be set at 4 <br />annually, with a way of moving on to more active members. <br />2 <br />
