CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, June 10, 1998 <br />1.CALL TO ORDER: <br />Chair Katie Harms called the regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Roseville City Council Chambers. <br />2.ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: <br />Present:John Rhody, Doug Wilke, Katie Harms, Janet Olson <br />Absent:Edward Cunningham, Craig Klausing, James Mulder <br />Staff Present:Kim Lee, Jay Kennedy, Pat Morrison <br />Council Present: Barb Mastel <br />3.APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br />Motion: <br /> Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to approve the <br />minutes of the May 27, 1998 Planning Commission meeting as submitted. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />4.COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />None. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA <br />None. <br />6.PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />6a.Planning File 3027: National Tire and Battery request for Conditional Use <br />Permit to construct a 10,790 square foot auto accessory installation and <br />service store at 2561 North Snelling Avenue. <br />Chair Harms opened the hearing and requested Kim Lee to present a summary <br />of the staff report dated June 10, 1998. The request before the Planning <br />Commission is to construct a 10,790 s.f. masonry and stucco building on a <br />vacant 1.86 acre site located at 2561North Snelling Avenue. The building would <br />be occupied by National Tire Warehouse, a tire and auto accessory sales and <br />service business (retail auto accessory and auto service).
