Communications From The Public <br /> <br />Chair Rhody noted: <br /> <br />Ed Cunningham has been appointed to a second four-year term. <br /> <br />Craig Klausing was appointed Planning Commission Chair for 1999 by the City Council beginning at the April <br />meeting. <br /> <br />5. Lyndale Garden Center request for a conditional use permit for outdoor sales and a <br />request for fence variances regarding side yard setback and height around outside sales at 2525 Snelling Ave. <br />
