Glen Kloskin, dba Boaters Outlet, 2205 W. Co. Rd. C-2, Roseville, is requesting an Interim
Use Permit to conduct week-end sales during the summer months, as an "owner-to-buyer lot" for the sale of boats
and automobiles, on this site.

Chair Klausing opened the hearing and requested a staff summary of the April 14, 1999, report by City Planner
Thomas Paschke.

Thomas Paschke explained the interim use permit and the request to create an "owner-to-buyer" lot. The zoning
and comprehensive plan are industrial. Thomas Paschke described internal circulation and parking; landscaping will include repaired sod.

Member Cunningham asked for details on the letter from M.ADA (4/9/99) which is in the record. Chair Klausing
read the letter into the record. A. car building should
also be painted. Staff should review this.
