Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Rhody, to approve the minutes of the May 12, 1999, meeting of the <br />Planning Commission as submitted. Planning File 3123: Mendota Homes is requesting an amendment to PUD #1197 for Concept consideration of <br />a ten (10) unit town home development on property located along Old Highway 8. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunning man moved, seconded by Member Wilke to continue, at the request of the applicant, PF <br />3123, being Mendota Homes request for an amendment to PUD #1197 for Concept consideration of a ten (10) unit <br />town home development on property located along Old Highway 8, to the Planning Commission's next regular <br />meeting of Wednesday, July 14,1999. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />
