<br />Member Rhody clarified the concept plan for consolidating existing and new square footage. <br /> <br />Member Egli asked for details of the configuration wth new and old uses. <br /> <br />The cost of the building is important. <br /> <br />Chair Klausing stated the site can be improved and it would upgrade the facility. The uses appear acceptable. More detail <br />on the architectural and aesthetics will help. <br /> <br />Member Rhody found the drawings sketchy but he is interested in the final/formal product proposal. NSP will have to give <br />some approval. Will the project be dressed up including parking, landscaping and building? <br /> <br />Member Wilke asked if the truck bay can be moved to the west side of the site. There were no further comments. <br /> <br />7. Presentations and Other Actions <br /> <br />7a. Dale Street Trail Report <br /> <br />Deb Bloom, Assistant Public Works Director, provided a report on construction to date on the new Dale Street pathway, <br />from County Road "C" to Larpenteur Avenue. She encourages the Planning Commission to take a look at it. The <br />completion of the entire pathway should be accomplished by early September (paved), with some landscaping finished in <br />the Spring. <br /> <br />8. Information, Reports and Other Business <br /> <br />Chair Klausing reported on the Metropolitan Council's Livable Communities Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />9.
