Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Klausing called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Olson, to approve the minutes of the August 9, 2000 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission as submitted. <br /> <br />Ayes: Cunningham, Wilke, Klausing, Olson. <br /> <br />Abstain: Rhody, Mulder <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Carried 4-0. <br /> <br />4. Ramsey County, Annual Report on Interim Use Permit to operate a HHW collection site (Kent StreeULarpenteur <br />Avenue) <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, second by Member Cunningham, to accept the Annual Report, from Ramsey County, on <br />the Interim Use Permit to operate a household hazardous waste collection facility at the Kent Street/Larpenteur Avenue <br />site. <br /> <br />Ayes: Wilke, Cunningham, Klausing, Olson, Rhody, Mulder <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />G. Public Hearings <br /> <br />Ga. Planning File 3251. A request by Kraus-Anderson for a conditional use permit to allow a bingo hall to operate within <br />the Hamline Center, 2807 Hamline Avenue. <br />
