He is opposed to traditional "Big Box" retail, but found Kowalski store in Woodbury more acceptable. <br />This is a 20-year vision; with no immediately threat to current businesses. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Klausing, to continue the Public Hearing to December 13 meeting. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4, Klausing, Olson, Wilke, Mulder <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chair Klausing asked that staff spend more time on land use items. <br /> <br />Member Olson said she was supportive of option #2 and/or a medical campus. <br /> <br />Member Mulder suggested options not be "either/or" situations, but rather a continuum of uses - or visioning process. <br />There is not a significant discussion (yet) on mixing of uses. <br /> <br />Chair Klausing suggested thinking in terms of ranking items that may be attractive in each area. <br /> <br />Staff was asked to prepare a listing of uses and charts to make alternatives and decision-making on Twin Lakes easier to <br />compare. <br /> <br />c. Planning File 3270: A request by the City of Roseville to amend Section 1 004.01A (Accessory Buildings in Residential <br />Districts) for the purpose of clarifying rear yard area and square footage maximums. (ITEM TO BE CONTINUED TO <br />12/13/00 MEETING) <br /> <br />Chairman Craig Klausing continued the public hearing on Planning File 3270 to the Planning Commission meeting of <br />December 13, 2000.
