Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Klausing called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Klausing, to approve the minutes of the December 13,2000 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: Klausing, Olson, Cunningham, Rhody <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Wilke <br /> <br />Carried: 4-0-1 <br /> <br />4. Planning File 3282: A request by the Capital City Investments LLP for consideration of a conditional use permit to <br />allow the operation and establishment of a bingo hall at 2525 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Chairman Craig Klausing opened the public hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to provide a verbal <br />summary of the staff report dated January 10, 2001. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke described the request to establish a Bingo Hall, identifying the location and adjacent uses.
