Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair John Rhody called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:35 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call and Introduction <br /> <br />Chair John Rhody introduced new Commission member Troy Duncan. <br /> <br />Present: Chair John Rhody, Janet Olson, Troy Duncan, Ed Cunningham, Jim Mulder, Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Deb Bloom, Dennis Welsch <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Olson to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2001 meeting of <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: Cunningham, Olson, Rhody, Duncan, Mulder <br /> <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Wilke <br /> <br />Carried: 5-0-1 <br /> <br />4. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Chair John Rhody moved Public Hearings item 6b (Verizon Wireless) ahead of 6a (Cave & Associates). <br /> <br />6. Public Hearings <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3292: A request by Verizon Wireless for a conditional use permit to allow the installation of a 120 foot tall <br />monopole with two antenna units and a variance to allow an equipment structure 40 square feet greater than the City <br />Code allowance (200 sq.ft.) on property located at 2361 Trunk Highway 36 West. <br /> <br />Chairman John Rhody opened the public hearing and requested Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director, to <br />provide a verbal summary of the project report dated March 14, 2001. <br />
