The fence will replace an existing fence. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval with conditions. <br /> <br />Gregg and Amy Peterson asked for details of recommended conditions: the landscaping required; backing out of garages <br />while protecting a view triangle; fence to be stained earth tone (or red cedar fence). The survey of the lot line will be <br />verified on the site with staff. <br /> <br />Member Mulder asked if Tract C is part of the parcel? (No). The existing fence will remain on the Tract C site. A post will <br />be necessary on the property line (The adjoining property owner has no objection with this plan). <br /> <br />There was no public comment. Chair Rhody closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Duncan moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to recommend approval of the request by Gregg and Amy <br />Peterson for a 2-foot fence height variance from Section 1 012.02A2 of the Roseville City Code for property located at 222 <br />North McCarrans Boulevard, based on the findings located in Section 3 and subject to the conditions indicated in Section <br />4 of the project report dated 7/11/01, as discussed. <br /> <br />Ayes: 7 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />7.
