Call to Order <br /> <br />Vice Chair Jim Mulder called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the <br />City Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Ed Cunningham, Troy Duncan, Jim Mulder, Janet Olson Mark Traynor, Doug Wilke. <br /> <br />Absent: Chairman John Rhody <br /> <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />Others present: See attached sign in sheet <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Duncan moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the minutes of the August 8, 2001 meeting of <br />the Planning Commission, with following corrections: page 4, line 37, should read "than the RefRe garage."; page 7, line <br />29, strike "Klausing", insert "Wilke". <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3342: A request by Kenneth Damman for a Variance to Section 1 004.01A1, 1 004.1A5, 1004.01 A6 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow construction of a third accessory building (12 foot by 16 foot or 192 square feet) on property <br />located at 346 South McCarrons Boulevard West. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Olson to continue the request by Kenneth Damman to the October <br />12, 2001 Planning Commission meeting. The Commission asked the staff to request a 60 day extension from the Council. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />b. Planning File 3327: A request by Bauer Homes for a Variance to Section 1 004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code to <br />allow the construction of a new home at 961 Heinel Drive. <br />
