<br />Mr. Freeman stated he had no questions. <br /> <br />Member Wilke asked for details of the fence on Woodhill (6' cedar picket fence, best side toward street), which is <br />proposed on the west side. <br /> <br />There being no questions from the public, Chair Mulder closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Duncan moved, seconded by Member Cunningham, to recommend approval of the request by Clinton <br />Freeman for a two-foot height variance to Section 1 012.02B2 of the City Code, to allow the construction of a six foot tall <br />fence in a portion of the front yard (along Huron Street) of property located at 1296 Woodhill Drive. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />8. Information, Reports and Other Business (verbal reports as time permits) <br /> <br />Notification and Possible Change of Planning Commission Schedules: <br />a. The Planning Commission felt names (of Planning Commission members and Council members) on the public <br />hearing notice were acceptable. The Commission members will forward procedure and process issues to staff, <br />while opinions need not be forwarded. <br />b. Moving the Planning Commission meeting date to the first (rather than second) Monday meeting met with approval <br />by the Planning Commission; requires an amendment of the By-Laws (See below). <br />10.
