Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman John Rhody called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in the <br />City Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: John Rhody, Ed Cunningham, Troy Duncan, Mark Traynor, Doug Wilke. <br /> <br />Absent: Jim Mulder, Janet Olson <br /> <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke, Deb Bloom <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />Others present: Rick Kuula, Brian Sullivan, Gloria Sharpe. <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the minutes of the September 12, 2001 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Abstain: 1 (Rhody) <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3342: A request by Kenneth Damman for a Variance to Section 1004.01 A 1, 1004.1 A5, 1004.01 A6 of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow construction of a third accessory building (12 foot by 16 foot or 192 square feet) on property <br />located at 346 South McCarrons Boulevard West. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Wilke moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to acknowledge and accept the request to withdraw <br />the application by Kenneth Damman (the applicant), for a Variance to allow construction of a third accessory building on <br />property located at 346 South McCarrons Blvd West. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br />
