Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Troy Duncan called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in <br />the City Council Chambers <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Mark Traynor, Janet Olson, Troy Duncan, Ed Cunningham, Jim Mulder <br /> <br />Absent: Doug Wilke, John Rhody <br /> <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Deb Bloom <br /> <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, seconded by Member Traynor, to approve the minutes of the January 2, 2002 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. Planning File 3370: A request by Minnesota State Fair to consider an Interim Use Permit on seven properties in <br />Roseville to allow park and ride areas during the Minnesota State Fair. (Properties include Bethany Baptist Church, <br />Church of Corpus Christi, Grace Church of Roseville, Roseville covenant Church, Roseville Area High School, St. <br />Michael's Lutheran Church, The Church of St. Rose) <br /> <br />Chair Duncan opened the hearing and asked Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director, to provide background <br />on the proposed Interim Use Permit. <br />
