Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Troy Duncan called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m. in <br />the City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to approve the minutes of the March 6, 2002 meeting of the <br />Planning Commission (with the following correction: page 9, line 11, ~, homes.) <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br /> <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />4. Presentations <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />7. Old Business - Continued Hearing <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3378: A request by Patrick Chierello, 2415 Dale Street, for a conditional use permit to allow construction <br />of a detached garage 28 feet by 32 feet or 896 square feet in size and a variance to Section 1004.01 AS to allow said <br />detached garage to be 128 square feet larger than the principal structure (Continued from March 6, 2002). <br /> <br />Chairman Troy Duncan opened the continued hearing and requested Community Development Director Dennis Welsch to <br />provide a summary of the project report dated April 3, 2002. <br /> <br />Mr. Welsch indicated Patrick Chierello is requesting consideration of a variance to Section 1004.01 AS (Overall Area - not <br />larger than house) and a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1004.01 A4 (Requirements for Increased <br />Maximum Size - larger than 864 square foot) of the Roseville City Code to construct a 28 foot by 32 foot (896 square foot) <br />detached accessory building in the rear yard of property located at 2415 Dale Street. <br />
