Continued Discussion of Vista 2000. <br /> <br />Member Traynor explained that he had re-read Vista 2000 and indicated it was helpful to remember that Vista 2000 <br />was the guide for current planning. What has happened since originally done? City staff was asked to <br />compare/contrast what has been accomplished. <br /> <br />Member Stone asked if the Vista 2000 plan impact helped streamline the process. <br /> <br />Member Bakeman explained her experiences with the original Vista 2000, suggested a review, to determine new <br />direction. <br /> <br />Member Peper asked if there is more research than listed in the Vista 2000 programs; Member Bakeman explained <br />the process. <br /> <br />Member Stone asked staff to prove an estimate of how and when this could be done again. <br /> <br />c. 2000 Annual Reports (Dennis Welsch). <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch provided a verbal update, noting the Planning Commission will receive the annual report for <br />discussion late January or early February. <br /> <br />Member Bakeman recommended inclusion of the GIS Heritage Trail as an accomplishment for 2002 <br /> <br />d.
