New Initiatives Suggested by PC Members. <br /> <br />Chair Duncan stated the parks staff presentation to the City Council regarding park dedication was not complete, <br />that the fees must be supportable and defensible. Neither point was brought up to the Planning Commission. <br />Member Mulder suggested, in the future, having an approval or action sent to the City Council based on the <br />Planning Commission discussion.
