Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Duncan called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:31 p.m., in the <br />Roseville Skating Center. <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Bakeman, Peper, Stone, Mulder, Ipsen, Duncan, Traynor <br />Absent: None <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, second by Member Ipsen to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />July 9, 2003. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: Mulder <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Bakeman, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />August 6, 2003 with the completion of blank spaces and correction of typographical errors. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: Traynor, Duncan. <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. Hearings <br /> <br />Chair Duncan opened the hearings portion of the meeting. . <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3512: Request by Scott Santanni, 1019 Sherren Street, for a Conditional Use Permit in <br />accordance with Section 1004.01A4 and a Variance to Section 1004.01A5 (Overall Area) and Section <br />1 004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a 1,007 sq. <br />ft. detached accessory building. <br /> <br />Chairman Duncan opened the hearing and requested City Planning Thomas Paschke to present verbal summary <br />of the staff report dated September 3, 2003. <br />
