The HRA has an affordability and linkage <br />to senior regeneration program which will be reviewed, with a recommendation to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Member Stone explained that traffic management should be analyzed (to be done in 2006) for Lexington and <br />County Road C. The developer should explain the traffic movement with the neighbors. <br /> <br />b. Member Mulder explained the use of abstentions in Roberts Rules, and that abstention should be brought up in <br />advance. <br /> <br />c. Dennis Welsch explained that the HRA will be reviewing a neighborhood housing study for the area around North <br />McCarrons Blvd. and Rice Street. The Planning Commission normally designates a member who lives in the area <br />as a liaison to the study (Jim Mulder). <br /> <br />d. Member Mulder expressed concern regarding Maplewood's Rice Street bus garage and requested more <br />information. <br /> <br />e. Member Traynor asked for clarification for requiring the size of accessory buildings not to exceed the size of the <br />living area. <br /> <br />8.
