Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Mulder called the regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 6:30 p.m., in the <br />Roseville Skating Center. <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Bakeman, Peper, Stone, Mulder, Ipsen, Traynor <br />Absent: None <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke <br />Council present: None <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, second by Member Stone, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />September 3,2003, with the following correction: (PF3512, Santanni) page 4, lines 8,10 and 12 should reflect a <br />vote of: Ayes 5, Abstain 2. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />4. Communications from the Public: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda: (The Planning Commission may decide upon the issues listed in the Consent Agenda with one motion, <br />without further discussion.) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. Hearings <br /> <br />Chair Mulder opened the hearings portion of the meeting. . <br /> <br />a. Planning File 3526: Request by Calvary Church, 1039 Parker Avenue, for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in <br />accordance to Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to convert the existing detached garage into <br />temporary (2-year) meeting space for small groups held on Wednesday nights. <br /> <br />Chair Mulder opened the hearing and requested City Planning Thomas Paschke to present verbal summary of the <br />staff report dated October 1, 2003. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke stated that the applicants requested a withdrawal of the proposal. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Mulder moved, seconded by Member Bakeman, to accept the applicant's request for <br />withdrawal of the application for an Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
