McCarrons Neighborhood Master Plan Progress Report. <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch explained the progress on the plan, noting a concept will return to the Planning Commission and <br />HRA in June. <br /> <br />b. Twin Lakes Stakeholders Report from the April 1 0, April 22 Sessions. <br /> <br />Member Bakeman explained the process of the strengths/weaknesses and the consensus building on tax base, <br />traffic, etc. In addition, a visual preference survey will be done. Chair Mulder said the challenge will be financing <br />infrastructure and land use. <br /> <br />c. Old Highway 8 - What can/should be done? <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />d. Rice Street - What can/should be done? <br /> <br />Chair Mulder suggested a Rice Street planning discussion with Little Canada and Maplewood. Chair Mulder asked <br />for details on the timeline for North Heights Church, Phase 1. Chair Mulder will discuss the issue with the Mayor. <br /> <br />e. Council Town Hall Meetings - outcome and direction to Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch reported on the Council Town Hall meetings, noting the Council has taken no official action at this <br />time to provide direction. <br /> <br />City Engineer Deb Bloom entered the meeting. She reported on watermain extension along Larpenteur to the <br />Greenhouse housing. She also reported on road construction projects on Victoria, Pathways, Utilities, Fairview and <br />County Road C. <br /> <br />7.
