Housing Summit <br /> <br />Member Doherty reported on the housing summit, August 23rd, with the City Council and HRA. He explained the <br />current deteriorating rental housing stock cannot be inspected. He explained there are an increasing number of <br />rental student housing concerns with existing housing and neighborhoods (over-crowding and parking). <br />Representatives of school districts were present and explained the declining school population. <br /> <br />b. Future meetings and issues <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch summarized big issues for the 4th quarter of 2004 as: <br />-Tour of housing <br />-Twin Lakes <br />-Guptil <br /> <br />There will be no Comprehensive Plan review <br /> <br />Chair Traynor asked staff to send an email to the Commission with ideas re: Meetings in November and December. <br /> <br />7.
