<br />Member Traynor asked what the process is by which water will be handled? Thomas Paschke explained the review <br />process with the City and Watershed District. The delineation report was an appropriate first step. There will be a <br />high level of detail in the engineering and water planning. In terms of the concept, the project looks attractive; <br />density may be an issue, but water is the big issue. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Mulder said he liked the break-up of the building mass with good architectural. Scale is important. <br />Underground parking will create water and height issues. <br /> <br />Member Ipsen asked about size, height and impact on site. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Mulder said size will be the biggest challenge. <br /> <br />b.
