The Solid Waste/Recycling Committee will be invited. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.Public Works Building Referendum <br /> <br /> Schwartz presented information on the needs for new Public Works and <br />Police facilities. Facilities are outdated and undersized. Positive <br />comments were made about the plans and that we would be using the <br />property much more efficiently. <br /> <br /> <br />8.2003 Pavement Management Projects <br /> <br /> Schwartz presented a report detailing suggested areas for 2003 projects, <br />along with a brief overview of the Pavement Management Program. <br />Wilke asked about seal coating, is it worth the money. Schwartz <br />responded that through various studies and our own experience that it is a <br />useful tool for extending the life of our pavements. Schwartz and Gaillard <br />talked about new products available to extend the life of pavement. <br /> <br /> Member Wilke moved to support the 2003 Pavement Management <br />Program. Member Rossini seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />9.November/December Meeting Dates <br /> <br /> Member Anderson moved that the meetings be rescheduled. Member <br />st <br />Wilke seconded. The November meeting will be on the 21 and the <br />th <br />December meeting will be on the 19. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />10.October Agenda <br /> <br />Recycling discussion. <br />Police Department presentation and tour. <br /> <br /> <br />11.Other Items <br /> <br /> None <br />
