Member Anderson <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />4.Communication Items <br /> <br /> Duane Schwartz passed out a Twin Lakes Advisory Stakeholders Panel <br />Members request by the Council. Rottlund Homes has been approved by <br />the Council to be the master developer for the project. The Council would <br />like to have an advisory panel for the project that would be non-staff/non- <br />city council and would like names by the end of January.
