would be from the Public Works Commission; eight representatives from the four neighborhoods adjacent to the area; eight business or property owner representatives from within the Twin Lakes area; three small business owner/operators from outside of Twin Lakes; and one Roseville resident who doesn’t live in any adjacent neighborhoods. The panel would start late January or early February. The handout describes the information the council is looking for. The Commission member chosen wouldn’t necessary be representing the Commission. Member Wilke said that he would serve on the panel. Joe Rossini said that he was also interested in the position. Member Anderson moved that Doug Wilke would serve as the Commission’s representative and that Joe Rossini would be the alternate. Member Rossini seconded. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried The 2003 Pond Maintenance Project was awarded to Jay Bros. There are five different ponding areas that are being cleared of sediment. Since they are paid by weight of material removed, Member Willenbring wanted to make sure they weren’t removing ice along with the sediment. Schwartz said that every effort would be made to make sure they weren’t hauling away ice. 5.Discussion of City Streetlight Policy The latest version of the policy was presented. Deb Bloom spoke briefly on what changes were made from the previous version. Member Willenbring moved to send the latest version of the streetlight policy to the City Council for their approval. Member Anderson seconded. Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried 6.Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program Annual Report Deb Bloom gave some background information on the report. The City is required to have a permit for storm water management, and one of the conditions of the permit is that we track and report what we do to lessen pollution discharge.
