Member Marasteanu <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 3 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />4.Communication Items <br /> <br /> Deb Bloom spoke and provided a written memo on proposed state <br />legislation that exempts recycling and garbage haulers from spring load <br />restrictions.
