Member Marasteanu <br />seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 2 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Abstained: 2 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />4.Communication Items <br /> <br /> An article was handed out to the Commission regarding public transit as <br />background information. <br /> <br /> Another article included in the packet was regarding the use of natural <br />plantings to reduce maintenance costs in lawn areas around buildings. <br /> <br /> Another item Duane Schwartz brought up was that the City Council is <br />holding two town hall meetings for the public in April.
