<br />Roseville Public Works, Environment <br /> and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br /> Commission members present: Joel Fischer, Mihai Marasteanu, Dan <br />Shiely, Ernie Willenbring and Doug Wilke <br /> <br /> Commission members absent: none <br /> <br /> Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Deb Bloom, City <br />Engineer; Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director <br /> <br /> Others present: None <br /> <br /> <br />2.Public Comments <br /> <br /> John Kysylyczyn, Roseville resident, was upset with a resolution that was <br />passed at the last council meeting and urged the Commission to complain <br />to their councilmembers about it. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Approval of March and April meeting minutes <br /> <br /> Member Willenbring moved to approve the minutes of March 29, 2005, of <br />the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission. Member <br />Marasteanu seconded. <br /> <br /> Ayes: 3 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Abstained: 2 <br /> Motion carried <br /> <br /> Member Shiely asked that this statement be in the record word for word: I <br />want to extol the virtues of the person immediately to my left, Mr. <br />Willenbring, whom I have known since 1972, which is 33 years.
