Public Works Building Referendum <br /> <br />Schwartz presented information on the needs for new Public Works and <br />Police facilities. Facilities are outdated and undersized. Positive <br />comments were made about the plans and that we would be using the <br />property much more efficiently. <br /> <br />8. 2003 Pavement Management Projects <br /> <br />Schwartz presented a report detailing suggested areas for 2003 projects, <br />along with a brief overview of the Pavement Management Program. <br />Wilke asked about seal coating, is it worth the money. Schwartz <br />responded that through various studies and our own experience that it is a <br />useful tool for extending the life of our pavements. Schwartz and Gaillard <br />talked about new products available to extend the life of pavement. <br /> <br />Member Wilke moved to support the 2003 Pavement Management <br />Program.
