Approval of February meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to approve the minutes of FeblUary 27,2003, of <br />the Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member Rossini <br />seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br />Information was provided from the League of Minnesota Cities Bulletin <br />regarding a bill being heard in the legislature to authorize cities to <br />establish transportation utilities to fund street maintenance.
