Approval of March meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to approve the minutes of March 27, 2003, of <br />the Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member Rossini <br />seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communication Items <br /> <br />Data Privacy Information sheets were included with the packets for <br />Commission Members to complete and return to Administration at their <br />convemence. <br /> <br />5. Budget Presentation <br /> <br />Duane Schwartz went over the 2003 Public Warks budget for the <br />Commission, describing what each fund is for. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
