IntroductionslRoll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Joe Rossini, Ernest Willenbring, Doug <br />Wilke, and Todd Anderson. Mihai Marasteanu arrived late. <br /> <br />Commission members absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Deb Bloom, City <br />Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of June meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to approve the minutes of June 22, 2004, ofthe <br />Public Works/Transportation Commission. Member Rossini seconded. <br /> <br />Plyes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />4. Communications Update <br /> <br />Duane Schwartz distributed a budget memo sent to the City Council from <br />City Manager Neal Beets for the Committee's review. Schwartz pointed <br />out the areas that would impact Public Works. Member Rossini asked if <br />they should contact their council members with their feelings on the memo <br />items.
