Roseville would become a natural part of a <br />Twin Cities media buy with Transtop. <br />. Transtop has excellent established relationships with local vendors like Xcel Energy. <br />They have provided electrical service for our shelters for 25 years, and we have an <br />existing agreement with them. The Roseville shelters could easily be added to that <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Because we have only been included in this long process for a short time, we are willing to make <br />these amendments to help speed the process of awarding the franchise in Roseville to Transtop. <br />We are excited at the prospect of securing the franchise, expanding our operation and coverage <br />in the Spring and providing Roseville with the bus shelter program it is looking for. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.
