<br />Member Willenbring moved to send the proposed transit shelter list to <br />Council after removing site # 15 and moving site #22 to the # 15 position. <br />Member Anderson seconded. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />The Commission went on to discuss the color and style of the shelters. <br /> <br />Member Anderson moved to recommend to Council the use of Transtop's <br />standard design and color, with the addition of the Roseville logo, for the <br />shelters in Roseville. Member Willenbring seconded. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring agrees with the design and the addition of the logo, <br />but would like the shelters painted moss green. <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: I <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />6. South Owasso Blvd/Lady Slipper Park Concepts <br /> <br />Duane Schwartz updated the Commission on the neighborhood meeting. <br />He said that the neighborhood seemed to like Concept #2, but there were <br />several things from the other concepts they wanted incorporated. <br /> <br />Deb Bloom discussed the costs involved and the storm water impacts. <br /> <br />Member Wilke asked about the time frame. Bloom said the park plan <br />would go before the Council for approval on March 14. A soils engineer <br />will have to be consulted to come up with the rest of the plans. Other <br />details have to be considered before designating a construction schedule, <br />such as South Owasso Blvd being closed. <br /> <br />Member Willenbring said that they need to analyze the cost between <br />closing the road during construction and keeping it open for residents. <br /> <br />Member Wilke said they're putting in a new railroad crossing so maybe <br />that can be done in conjunction with other things to lessen the <br />. . <br />mconvemence. <br /> <br />7. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program Annual Report <br /> <br />Deb Bloom discussed what has been done this past year to comply with <br />the program. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
