Paul streets for your safe <br />driving convenience. <br /> <br />NOTICE TO DOG OWNERS <br />Ordinance No. 173.090 <br /> <br />Every person who takes a dog off the property where an animal is boarded shall have on his/her persor <br />to remove excretory matter that the dog may deposit, and that person is also responsible to see thal <br />matter is picked up and properly disposed of. Failure to have such material on his/her person or to pid <br />excretory matter so deposited shall be deemed anuisance. <br />A violation is a misdemeanor, which is punishable by a fine of up to $700.00, or up to 90 days in jail or I <br />All dogs and cats must be licensed and have current rabies shots. Applicants must present a current cen <br />of vaccination for rabies signed by a veterinarian. Permits are due January 1st of each year. A kennellio <br />also required for three or more dogs. DO 1 NEED A BUILDlNG PERMIT? <br /> <br />A. A building or structure cannot be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, <br />converted or demolished unless a building permit has been obtained from the city. <br />Call the Community Services Department at 651-770-4463 <br /> <br />Q, HOW DO I GET A PERMIT? <br /> <br />A. Apply for a building permit by filling out an application at <br />City Hail. No fire shall be within twenty (20) feet of any building or structure. <br />5. A means of extinguishments must be in the immediate area of the fire. <br />6. No fire shall be started with dry conditions or winds over 15 mph. <br />7.
