NOTICE TO DOG OWNERS Ordinance No. 173.090 Every person who takes a dog off the property where an animal is boarded shall have on his/her persor to remove excretory matter that the dog may deposit, and that person is also responsible to see thal matter is picked up and properly disposed of. A building or structure cannot be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, converted or demolished unless a building permit has been obtained from the city.
