The light-of-way will consist of landscape islands, boulevards and a traffic circle. In <br />addition, an eight foot public trail will be constructed along Twin Lakes Parkway and a sidewalk is <br />planned along Twin Lakes Parkway and Prior A venue. As development progresses, feasibility of a new <br />sidewalk connection along County Road C2 and Cleveland Avenue will be considered.
