<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Agenda for June 1, 2005Page 1 of 8 <br />CC <br />ITYOUNCIL <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, June 1, 2005 <br />  <br />1.Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Mark Traynor called the June 1, 2005 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission <br />to order at 6:34 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />  <br />2.Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Traynor, Bakeman, Boerigter, Doherty, Pust, White <br />Absent: Ipsen <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Thomas Paschke, Deb Bloom  <br />Council present: None. <br />  <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Doherty, to approve minutes of May 4, <br />2005. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />  <br />4.Communications from the Public: <br /> <br />a. From Commissions: None <br />  <br />5.Information & Reports: <br />  <br />a.Planning File 3642: Request by TCF National Bank to Rezone 1445 County road B from B-1, <br />Limited Business District to B-2, Retail Business District. <br /> <br />Chair Traynor opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke provide a verbal <br />summary of the project report dated June 1, 2005. <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke advised that TCF National Bank seeks approval of a Rezoning of 1445 County <br />Road B to allow redevelopment into a new branch bank. The subject parcel has a Comprehensive <br />Land Use Map designation of B (Business) and an existing zoning of B-1 (Limited Business District). <br /> <br />The Rezoning request (from B-1 to B-2) will allow TCF to redevelop the 1.3 acre (56,200 sq. ft.) <br />vacant parcel to a new TCF branch bank with a 4,500 sq. ft. office and 5 lane drive-thru. The <br />redevelopment proposal does not require site plan approval from the Planning Commission or City <br />Council.
