<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Agenda for June 1, 2005Page 1 of 7 <br />CC <br />ITYOUNCIL <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, August 3, 2005 <br />  <br />1.Call to Order <br /> <br />Chair Mark Traynor called the August 3, 2005 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning <br />Commission to order at 7:00 p.m., in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />  <br />2.Welcome, Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: Traynor, Boerigter, Bakeman, White, Doherty, Wozniak, <br />Absent: Pust <br />Staff present: Thomas Paschke, Dennis Welsch <br /> <br />a.A resolution of thanks to resigning member Jed Ipsen was read into the record by Chair Traynor and <br />passed by consensus of the Commission. <br /> <br />b.Chair Traynor introduced new member, Joe Wozniak and administered the Oath of Office. Member <br />Wozniak fills the term vacated by Jed Ipsen. <br /> <br />c.Chair Traynor expressed the Planning Commission’s congratulations and expression of thanks to <br />David Windle, GIS Coordinator <br /> <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member White, to approve minutes of June 1, 2005, <br />with the following changes: Page 3, Line 14, last sentence to be stricken. Page 7 Line 9 to read <br />“The easements are unnecessary so removing them does not impact the health, safety…”. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 1 <br />Motion carried. 5-0-1 <br /> <br />4.Communications from the Public: <br /> <br />a. From the Public: Public Comment on items not on the agenda: None <br /> <br />b.
