He explained that on August 19, 2005, the Development
Review Committee (DRC) met to discuss and comment on the proposal to change the west
development parcel from 6 town home units to a 6 lot single family development.

The City Planner reported that the DRC had very few comments or suggested changes to the plan
submittal, and determined that the development use change and new lot configuration was
substantially compliant with the General Concept Plan. Specifically, the DRC felt that the design
of the single story walkout/lookout homes was a similar design, size, and mass to that previously
approved; that the change in lot configuration – zero lot line town home lots of 2 structures – to 6
single family home lots with one lot line a zero lot line was consistent with the Concept approval;
http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2005/pm050907.htm12/27/2005
