In this case, a $1,500 SAC fee is required per new parcel and will be <br />b. <br />building permit. The applicant must record the three lot minor subdivision survey within 60 days <br />after the approval of the City Council. Public utility and drainage easements of 5 feet are required <br />on the sides and rear lot lines of all parcels.
