City of Roseville - Planning Commission Minutes for January 4, 2006http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2006/pm0104.htm <br />The parcel is located within Comprehensive Planning District 11, where it is designated as Low Density <br />Residential, LR and is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District. <br />Mr. Forman and family desire to their parcel divide into three parcels that will provide driveway frontage <br />on County Road B and one parcel that will have a driveway from Acorn Road. In this case, a $1,500 SAC fee is required per new parcel and will be <br />b. <br />building permit. The applicant must record the three lot minor subdivision survey within 60 days <br />after the approval of the City Council. Public utility and drainage easements of 5 feet are required <br />on the sides and rear lot lines of all parcels. A sewer and water new lateral connection is <br />c. <br />Roseville Public Works Director prior to issuance of any building or grading permit.
