<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Minutes for March 1, 2006http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2006/pm0301.htm <br />C ITY C OUNCIL <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, March 1, 2006 <br />1.Call to Order <br />Chair Mark Traynor called the March 1, 2006 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to <br />order at 6:30 PM in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />2.Welcome, Roll Call <br />Present: Bakeman, Doherty, Wozniak, Traynor, White, Boerigter <br />Absent: (vacancy due to Pust election) <br />Staff present: Thomas Paschke <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Doherty to approve minutes of February 1, <br />2006, with typographic corrections. <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Abstain: 0 <br />Motion carried: 6-0 <br />4.Communications from the Public <br />a.From the Public: none <br />b.From Commission: Discussion on HRA Board request for assistance on residential parking study <br />Member Bakeman asked that the residential zones to be studied be provided. <br />Member Doherty asked whether the study was only for rental housing and indicated a concern about a <br />study that did not focus on all residential parking. <br />Mr. Paschke indicated that he would have Mr. Welsch follow-up with an e-mail describing what was being <br />asked of the Commission and would place the item on the April agenda for discussion. <br />5.Public Hearings <br />a.Planning File 3711: Request by Speedway SuperAmerica for an AMENDMENT to an existing <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT at 2295 Rice Street, to allow the installation of signage on to the fuel <br />canopy. <br />Chair Traynor opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas Paschke to provide a verbal <br />summary of the proposal based on the staff report dated March 1, 2006 <br />1 of 56/7/2006 11.40 <br /> <br />
