<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Minutes for April 5, 2006http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2006/pm0405.htm <br />C ITY C OUNCIL <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, April 5, 2006 <br />1.Call to Order <br />Chair Traynor called the April 5, 2006 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at <br />6:30 PM in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />2.Welcome, Roll Call <br />Present: Bakeman, Doherty, Roe, Wozniak, Traynor, White, Boerigter <br />Absent: <br />Staff present: Dennis Welsch, Bryan Lloyd <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of the minutes for the March 1, 2006 Planning Commission meeting was tabled pending the <br />completion of the minutes document. <br />4.Communications and Recognitions <br />a.From the Public: <br />none <br />b.From the HRA Board: <br />1.Request for assistance on residential parking study as it relates to rental properties <br />appropriate minimum and maximum parking requirements for rental properties. Member Boerigter <br />expressed concerns about the difficulty in enforcing parking standards for rental properties, since <br />currently there is no license to identify rental properties, and about the equity of such limits if no <br />limit is placed on homeowners. Brief discussion followed. <br />2.Request for PC volunteer to serve on Rental Housing Licensing Advisory Study Group <br />study group, noting a preference that the volunteer have experience with the rental market. <br />a renter or landlord.
