Many residents find it easier to put their garbage and recycling out <br />the night before collection day. Some say it's because they're too busy in the morning to add another task, <br />others say it's because collection can begin at 7 a.m. and they want to make sure their material is collected. <br />Drivers say they have to arc around the set out area to avoid toppling garbage carts or recycling bins. This <br />means some streets don't get plowed curb to curb.
