Reduce the frequency andlor duration of potential downstream flooding. <br /> <br />Tcchnical Criteria <br />Peak discharge rates for development and redevelopment must be at or below existing rates for the 2, 10, and <br />100 year storm events. <br /> <br />Rule Threshold <br />CRWD - All development and redevelopment I acre or greater. <br />RWMWD - All development and redevelopment I acre or greater within the Beltline Snbwatershed. <br /> <br />Volume Control <br /> <br />Rule Objective <br />Reduce the total volume of storm water to protect surface water quality and provide recharge to groundwater. <br /> <br />Technical Criteria <br />Developments and redevelopments must reduce runoff volumes in the amount equivalent to an inch of runoff <br />from the impervious areas of the site. <br /> <br />CRWD - Stormwater must be pretreated before discharging in infiltration areas to maintain the long.term <br />viability of the infiltration area. <br />RWMWD - Pretreatment must be provided for subsurface infiltration devices only. Pretreatment not <br />required on surface infiltration devices but will need to meet performance standard. <br /> <br />Rule Threshold <br />All development and redevelopment I acre or greater. <br />
